It’s hard to find enough superlatives to describe how happy we are with the family photo session we had with Aundrea ... From my first contact ... I knew we were in good hands ... Plus the photos have such a beautiful artistic quality. Exactly what I had hoped for! Perfect!Donna R., British Columbia
To book a session/wedding, I require a deposit of 30%. The remainder is due one week before life style sessions or four weeks before the wedding date. If you’d like to arrange installments, please let me know.
I am always happy to try to reschedule a session if I can but the retainer is non-refundable. The moment you are booked, your date is reserved and I turn other work away. I wont cancel on you unless I die or am about to and I hope you won't cancel on me!
We know that with covid times are uncertain and we do our best to move wedding dates when available. If the move is not due to mandatory cancellations by city ordinances there may be a rebooking fee. We understand that this is cumbersome, however for every date we "re-book" we are turning other weddings away. That said, we try our best to make the process smooth and to accommodate our couples as best we can.
Style and Session
Yes, with two exceptions! The first is that during the ceremony they remain seated and take their pictures from their seats without standing. This ensures that well-meaning Uncle Joe doesn’t try to video the whole thing 3 feet away from you while you say your vows, because this has happened! Its up to you to let your guests know what is and is not allowed but ultimately if uncle Joe cozies up to you during your ceremony with his camera, he will be in your images and a big part of your wedding story. This is also true for isle jumpers and by isle jumpers I mean those well-meaning friends who get so excited they jump into the middle of the isle to grab the ring shot because it’s just so darn pretty and low and behold you will get a professional picture from me of someone’s head and not your beautiful moment of exchanging of the rings.
The second exception is during the family formals. When there are multiple cameras or even or phones pointed at the group you will ALWAYS get wandering eyes. Please let your guests know that they can take pictures at the reception or that you will be glad to give them a copy of the family formals when you receive them!
